From start to finish.

1. Send the details

Use the enquiry form to tell us your dates, intended load and towing vehicle. Include collection and return times if you know them. If you are still planning, tell us what is flexible.

2. Agree the hire

We confirm availability and suitability, then provide the full hire price and any security deposit. We also agree the collection location, return arrangements, documentation, insurance requirements and hire conditions. Read these before accepting the booking.

Your initial enquiry does not reserve equipment. Do not make a dependent collection appointment until your trailer hire is confirmed.

3. Prepare for collection

• Check the towing capacity and limits in your vehicle handbook.
• Check your driving licence entitlement using official guidance.
• Confirm the towbar, electrical connection and any adapters required.
• Arrange the correct rear number plate for your towing vehicle.
• Bring the identification and documents agreed with us.
• Plan suitable securing equipment and load protection.

We will tell you what applies to your hire. Do not assume straps, adapters or a number plate are included unless this is confirmed.

4. Check before moving off

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the DVSA safety checklist. Check coupling and connections, tyres, lights and the secured load. Follow all relevant vehicle and trailer weight limits.

5. Return as agreed

Return the trailer at the agreed time and location. Contact us promptly if your plans change. Deposit handling, any additional charges and cancellation arrangements are set out with your quote and hire terms.
