Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen hire item, preferred dates, optional towing vehicle details and your message. The form also records the enquiry page and any campaign tags in the link you used, so we can understand which website or social content led to the enquiry. Please do not submit payment details, licence photographs or other sensitive documents through this form.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess the requested hire and take steps at your request before a booking. We use limited enquiry-source information to understand and improve our marketing, based on our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list just because you enquire, sell your enquiry information or use automated decisions to accept a hire.

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored using Netlify Forms and are accessible to the business through its account. Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. Hosting providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for security and service operation. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting hire, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations or deal with a dispute. You can ask us about the information held about your enquiry or request deletion using the email address above.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Typography is served directly from this website. Links to Facebook and other sites take you to services governed by their own privacy notices. Campaign tags are submitted with an enquiry; we do not use them to store a visitor profile in your browser.

Bookings and payments

This website collects enquiries only. It does not accept payments or automatically confirm bookings. Any further information needed for an agreed hire is requested separately.
